Okay All,
This Wednesday, Feb 11th, your Planning Committee will have our first of 8 monthly meetings to plan out the activities for our MILESTONE (5th Anniversary) event (Aug 21, 22 & 23), including but not limited to: the food, entertainment, speakers, commemorative polo shirt, DVD presentation...EVERYTHING. Every logistic of every different facet for the 10-3 scheduled for the Big I, will be attended to.
Prayerfully by the end of this month, we hope to get out the first of our 4 scheduled Newsletters (3 pre-event and one post event). In the issue, will be the ALL IMPORTANT "RSVP" form and lots of important information and updated happenings.
PLEASE FILL OUT AND SEND YOUR RSVP'S IN EARLY. Again, it becomes much easier trying to handle all the ordering, when those slips come in, in a very timely fashion. Some people wait to the last minute, but it only makes it harder for us, to try to MAKE SURE, y'all are included and not left out. PLEASE get the in early.
We had at least 200 attend our 4th Anniversary last year and expect about 250 this year, especially that the X SOLO BIKE CLUB will be joining us this year.
We are asking any and all of you, to please send in about 3-5 photos of you and your peers, preferrably in uniform, so Cindy Kerrigan can use a fresh bunch of pictures for the DVD she will be producing. You can email the images to cind**errigan@gmail.com. If you want to send them in via mail, please send them with your RSVP order/payment, to my post office box listed thereon.
